To my dear Arman & Mélodie
1.
Cancelled vacation waved like a form
a disease, Montréal-like vibe.
2.
His Copenhagen waved like a flag
a regret, Oslo-night colour.
3.
Their Berlin, vibrant still like a wave
regretted, cemetery days.

seriously fascinating…the third i think is my fav…its emotive in a subtle way…all of these tie together very nicely….
Thank you! I kept it simple today 😉
Very nice simple combination. Great pictures to accentuate also. Very nice!
Thank you!!
Still movie, good job . I honestly enjoyed my read over here
Thank you so much! I hadn’t thought of it as a movie, but why not? Our lives can be movies…
This is – one of my favourite words – enigmatic – and well-done, very cool pics and unique, all good things.

Thank you so much! I’ll sure check yours!
So vivid and succinct… enjoyed this so much!
Thank you very much!
I didn’t realized this was a haiku set until I saw your tags…very well done ~ I like all of them ~
Haha, the lines were set differently so it wasn’t obvious… Thank you!
Really liked the Montreal bit 😉 Luved all three as a whole. Excellente.
Thank you! Montreal is the best 🙂
ah…tea, and for two by the looks of it.
How wonderful to have such a good selection near by.
What is your favourite brew there?
I have to confess that I am at a loss about the significance of the place name.
I loooove tea. And seriously, I love any tea that’s been brewed with love. Yesterday a Shan Lin Si wulong 2012 inspired me: Comforting like a buttery biscuit, a fruity touch of fresh dates. The name of the tea place? That’s the latin name for the tea plant.
Haiku! disguised….LOL! well done.
There is such regret and loss in these pieces….and positioning disease/Montreal…or the placement of these words, went immediately into me. I visited Montreal three years ago in late January…not the best time…..and because of the ‘company’….it felt very diseased…haunted….A beautiful city, that would have been better off without these ‘friends’.
Berlin and cementary evoked the same response for some reason….dreading sadness.
Lady Nyo
I’m so sad that you had a bad experience in Montreal, because it’s a wonderful city to live in. Well, I guess the summer is more « approachable » than the winter… Thank you for sharing your experience! And you got it right, haikus in disguise!
Hiroshimem…..Montreal would have been a fascinating city…all that history, all those marvelous buildings….but it was -37F and I am from the south….Atlanta. LOL!
I was there for master classes in bellydance with a marvelous performer, Audra Simmons….we did a lot of flamenco in that 4 hour class….
Had we not hooked up with this couple, who we knew only through emails and a few phone calls, Montreal would have been delightful. But~!
Someday, we will return. We loved the harbor and the incredibly old streets and buildings…and the green patined copper roofs outside our lovely boutique hotel.
Lady Nyo
Oh! I’ll be away soon but if you do come back, please tell me. I am one of this city’s biggest fans!
Weill…I promise. It won’t be soon, at all….Montreal is for the future I think. Japan is next…hopefully, when the radiation clears.
Thanks….I would love for someone sane to show me the city.
Lady Nyo
I swear I’m perfectly sane! lol. Enjoy Japan. What a lovely country to visit.
Made me want to travel–your words
subtle and beautifully sad.
Thank you. I am a melancholic traveller indeed… but I sure want to travel too 🙂
